Forget all the middle vendor and lawsuit , nobody will do anything.. In CA if you not aware, there is no legally binding contract that can restrict and employee to work for any employer. Non compete agreements also do not work there, these are just fear tactics. I left my employer and joined the client , and did this 2 times and also that too not even in CA , in other states. Noone did nothing, because it cost time and money and unless there is a 100% chance for the other party to win , they will not get into the lawsuit and stuff as it cost a lot of time and money.
So forget him and also save the middle vendor's number on your phone so next time you can avoid his call.

When was your I-140 applied? I would assume revoking of 140 should be your only concern, since you already applied for 485, you don't need to bother about your status.Also apply fopr EAD based on proof that you applied for 485(Fedex # should be enough)
One thing I am not sure if not getting paid during 485 processing would have any impact on the case? Gurus, pls chip in..

Jet airways is good. My parents are coming in May with Jet Airways. Lot of my friends has told that Jet is good with leg space and very good service. They specifically said about how friendly they are with elderly people coming travelling from India. The only issue is - they fly till Newark only. But when you book they can take to any city in US.
I just want to let you know that everyone who have used Jet airways has told very good about their international service. Opinions may differ with different people

In fact they have the indian spout in the toilets which is useful for elderly patients who require water in toilets for cleaning purposes.

I love no. 2, 3 and 4.
2 for the dynamic composition, 3 just cracked me up because the percussion instruments are so domineering and 4 seems pure concentration. 2 and 4 could maybe be cropped slightly, but that's very minor.

Stephen Colbert on comedy central has turned out to be one of the most influential persons in the media. Along with Jon Stewart, Stephen is supposed to be one of the influencers of young minds for the last congressional elections.
I am not sure if he has really taken any stance on legal immigration. I am confident that it is favorable.
A question is whether IV has really approached Stephen. Lately, I saw Jack Welch on the show. Apparently, every congressmen who appeared on Colbert's show has won the last election.

I am damn sure that a lot of law makers (or their staff) enjoy Stephen's antics.
Stephen Colbert CERTAINLY is one of the most influential people in American Media. Especially after he made fun of Bush in front of him at White House Correspondents Dinner.
Man if we (all members of IV) can kick start a debate on legal immigration and direct the debate in a manner that Sen Sessions can be brought to spotlight for his inconsistencies, it would be a major achievement for us. Colbert has been extremely vital in shaping public opinion for democrats this November!

Remember, this march is for pushing lawmakers to 'take up comprehensive immigration reform'. This is not for granting immediate amnesty to undocumented/illegals.
If you are waiting for exclusive reform on H1B/EB3-I/EB2-I instant-green-card-welcoming kit, well, good luck in your shell for another 1000 years. Why not join hands with another group for a similar & bigger goal? Like I said in my initial post, there's nothing to lose... Consider it. Its a 'I scratch your back, you scratch my back' thing..
