Employement history is on G-325. It is only for last 5 years. If it was before 5 years there is good chance that you need not answer that question. I-485 does not require your Tax returns. You can do that with your W2 forms.

I don't think he is here to be tried in public by idiots like you. Why is this site full of self righteous punks who reply back to put others down. I saw similar set of replies for a woman who sought help regarding her status for entering the country without passport from Canada (which was legal pre 9/11) and then divorcing the dude she was married to. Some righteous pricks called her names and gave red dots generously.
Seriously if you don't have constructive advise just keep your mouth shut. Nobody needs you to bring your vigilantism and judgement ion other people. A few too many pricks are the reason a lot of us get turned off of this site.

Congrats. So you are an old timer, with PD 2002. (Being from ROW) you luckily escaped the name check torture.
I am also a relatively old timer ( PD Nov. 2002 ). Unfortunately stuck in namecheck since Aug.2006. My fellow Indians say , i can just sit like this for another 2 - 3 years in name check :-(

First of all, you need to heed to your lawyer's advise. Any charges that demonstrates a lack of good moral character can prevent a re-entry even if you have your green card. Any crime against a person with intent to harm is sufficient charges to reject entry or deny I-485 or revoke the GC. I do know that road rage conviction, DUI, drugs found in person qualify for such denials - I am not sure about domestic violence - hence my recommendation to consult with attorney.
Most of the people who are denied entry on AP are people who were out of status (people whose visa expired and they overstayed, H-1 visa holders who ran out of the period and cannot justify the delay between the H-1 expiry date and EAD issued date).
If you were out of status, attorneys advise you to not leave the country.

ok gurus here's my situation..
1) Employer A filed my green card and I140 is approved and its been more than 180 days since 485 is filed.. no issue here... recently got my 3-year H1 extension from employer A till 2011. this extension is for 7th, 8th and 9th year... so have already crossed 6 year limit.
2) got an offer and accepted the offer from employer B and employer A does not provide any info regaring labor or I-140...
3) Since H1 extension is based on my green card application, to do a transfer or renewal, copies of I140 and labor is required (according to company B's lawyer)
4) So in this case i'm forced to use EAD and company B's lawyer are evaluating if old and new job description are same or similar...
so now my question is, is it true that transfer/renew of H1 after 6 years without the copy of I140 or labor from employer other than the one filed for your green card, not allowed? is there anything that can be done in this case?

Because the PDs are valid for the whole month I guess the date of filing should not matter it as long as it is before 30th June, I think.

If I continue to be on my H-1B status after filing for I-140,I-485, EAD and I-131 concurrently, can my spouse who is currently on a H-4 Visa opt for her EAD after 90 days of filing these forms? If the answer to that question is an yes, is there any limitation in the kind of jobs she can do?
Also, what happens to her status if the I-140 application or I-485 application gets declined? Can she jump back to H-4 or does it require her to go to her home country for re-stamping? Do you see any potential issues in having her H4 visa re-stampped as she initiallay came to this country as a dependent and then later she used her EAD to work in USA.

While the Pro SLR/n is a significant improvement over the 14n, I think it's still a studio camera, and a great one too. In addition, if you got a load of the latest great biggest Nikon 2.8 zooms, which is optimal for the camera, its just a great bargain.

suppose some x's labour PD date is 2004 August and some Y's PD date is 2006.
Y Applied I-485 on July2nd 2007 and X applied on Aug10th 2007.
so whose application processed first? is x's or Y's for final GC process.

Mu I140 was approved back in May /07. I got a LUD today bit I don't know what it means. I have the receipt notice of my I485. I also got LUD on my I131 for me and my family.
